DALLAS-Bottle Rocket Apps, a high-tech firm based in Addison, is expanding its headquarters space in Dallas. The company has signed a lease for 15,000 square feet of space in Wellington Centre, a 10-story office building spanning 210,000 square feet at 14643 Dallas Parkway.
