DUISBURG, GERMANY-DIC Asset AG has purchased three fully-leased commercial properties in Duisburg, Leipzig and Karlsruhe for a total amount of EUR 78 million. In the first deal, DIC Asset bought the 107,639-square-foot Marktforum retail property in Duisburg's district Rheinhausen for roughly EUR 16 million.
In the second deal, DIC Asset acquired two office properties totaling 430,556 square feet in Karlsruhe and Leipzig for around EUR 62 million. Jones Lang LaSalle, BNP Paribas Real Estate and WhiteWater brokered the Duisburg, Leipzig and Karlsruhe deals, respectively. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
