ALLSTON, MA-The Hamilton Co. has acquired a chain of apartment buildings situated along Cambridge Street in Allston for $22.5 million. The company has purchased the properties and 135 residential units from an associate of Boston-based Forest Properties.
The apartment buildings are situated at 435-441 Cambridge St. in the Boston neighborhood. Sally Michael with Saul Ewing represented the buyer, and Susan Allen from Newton-based Allen Associates represented Forest City in the sale. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
