BIRMINGHAM, UK-Helical Retail, a joint venture between Solihull-based Oswin Developments Ltd. and Helical Bar plc, has signed conditional contracts with Eaton Electric Ltd. to acquire 13 acres of land at Reddings Lane in Tyseley, Birmingham. The joint venture is planning to develop a 70,000-square-foot retail park and 71,600-square-foot Asda supermarket on the site.
