PHOENIX-Lincoln Property Co. has bought two industrial buildings totaling 437,250 square feet in Phoenix. The company has acquired the 1825-1835 S. 43rd Ave. property, which spans 338,141 square feet, and the 3404 W. Papago St. property, which spans 99,109 square feet, from Phoenix-based RGR Development Corp.

The 43rd Avenue property is occupied by Arch Aluminum, Amerisource Bergen and McLane Food Service, while the Papago Street is fully leased to Oldcastle Glass. Lincoln's Desert West office handled the deal with CB Richard Ellis. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
