DENVER-DPC Cos., operating as Arbor Phase 1i Inv Co LLC, has paid $4 million for Lone Tree Commons, a retail center measuring 45,000 square feet at 7600 Park Meadows Drive, just southeast of C-470 and Quebec. The center was sold by CIII Asset Management.
