BUFFALO, NY-A medical group with practitioners associated with Catholic Health System has purchased a medical building in Orchard Park. Mercy Hospital of Buffalo has acquired the 8,000-square-foot facility at 3675 Southwestern Boulevard for $650,000.
Mercy Hospital has bought the vacant building from Menmor Realty Inc. and leased it to primary care practice Trinity Medical P.C.
