
BIRMINGHAM, AL-Midsouth Capital Fund I, LLC has bought Riverchase Village from Phillips Edison & Company for $13.4 million. The retail center measuring 178,510 square feet is located in Hoover, a southern suburb of Birmingham in Alabama. It has an occupancy rate of 97%. Bruno's Supercenter, PetSmart and Best Buy are some of the tenants of the center.
