TAMPA, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of an apartment community in Tampa. Toulon Capital Partners, a Canadian private investment firm, has purchased Swan Lake Apartments, a rental community comprising 244 units at 3401 Lakeview Drive North in the Carrollwood submarket.
John Selby of CBRE said that Swan Lake Apartments was sold for more than the $12-million asking price. The community was 94% occupied at closing. CBRE's Jim Bobbitt and John Selby represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
