LONDON-BNP Paribas Real Estate's property development arm has submitted an application for an office development in London. BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development has presented the planning petition to Camden Borough Council for the building, Plot B1 at Kings Cross.
The application seeks approval for a new building containing 500,000 square feet of retail, office and other space. The proposed building will have 360,000 square feet of office space. BNP Paribas Real Estate is developing the project for an investor. For the full story, go to Property Week .
