MILWAUKEE-Developer Elan Peltz is proceeding ahead with plans to construct an approximately $2.2-million apartment building on an east side Milwaukee site. The site was originally proposed for a condo project.
Elan Peltz of Chicago-based Blackwatch 68 Properties is looking for city approval for the four-story, 15-unit building on a vacant site located at 1530 N. Jackson St. in Milwaukee. The developer said that construction could start this year or in spring next year. WaterStone Bank SSB has promised to finance the apartment project.
