
WASHINGTON, DC-Business Roundtable is moving from a 14,000-square-foot space at 1717 Rhode Island Ave. NW to a larger space at 300 New Jersey Ave. NW. The association has signed a lease for 26,100 square feet at America's Square.
The property, developed in 2009, is owned by Dweck Properties Ltd. Current occupiers at America's Square include Seimens Corp., Comcast Corp. and Jones Day.
