CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler has completed a new lease deal for a Class A office space in the Central Florida region. Catalyst RX, a pharmacy benefit manager, has leased 48,244 square feet at SouthPark Center situated on John Young Parkway, south of Sand Lake Road.
The property is owned by Flagler. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Barton F. Drummond with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc., while Shipley Hall of Flagler represented the landlord in-house. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
