SAN ANTONIO-Austin-based World Class Capital Group LLC has purchased Ciel Plaza, a retail center measuring 14,000 square feet at 20626 Stone Oak Parkway in San Antonio, out of foreclosure. The private equity firm has acquired the shopping center from Trans Pecos Bank.
The purchase price of the property was not revealed. The Stone Oak Parkway retail center is home to the Green Lantern bar, Chianti to Canvas, Quenedit Ballet School and the Cabo Seafood & Bar restaurant. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
