
LOUISVILLE, KY-Stag Industrial Inc., a real estate investment firm based in Boston, has bought two warehouse and distribution centers in Louisville for a total price of $15 million. Security Capital Industrial Trust based in Atlanta was the seller of the properties located at 6400 and 6350 Ladd Avenue close to Cane Run Road in Rubbertown.
