TAMPA, FL-Highwoods Properties, Inc. has signed a lease deal with Atlantic Specialty Lines of Florida, Inc. for an office space in Clearwater. Atlantic Specialty Lines has leased the office space measuring 10,082 square feet at 380 Park Place.
Highwoods Properties is the owner of the Park Place building. Matt Shaw and Shawn Rupp with Prudential Commercial Real Estate of Florida represented Atlantic Specialty Lines, while Matt Watson of Highwoods Properties represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction.
