NEW YORK CITY-CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has negotiated two lease deals totaling nearly 65,000 square feet in a 30-floor office tower located at 452 Fifth Avenue. NCH Capital has leased one floor, while investment firm Man Group has leased three floors of the tower owned by PBC-KOOR USA who bought it for $330 million from HSBC.
