POMPANO BEACH, FL-NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. has brokered a lease deal for a warehouse, showroom and manufacturing space in Pompano Beach. Concept Elite, Inc. has signed a lease for 66 months with a five-year renewal option for 28,654 square feet in the 1551 North Powerline Road Building.
The lease was closed at Superior Commerce Park, a three-building complex measuring 339,554 square feet. Jennifer Scarpino and Michael Scarpino of NAI Rauch represented the owner in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
