NEW YORK CITY-Golub Capital has inked a deal to lease 24,140 square feet of office space in a building located at 666 Fifth Avenue. Kushner Companies is the owner of the building. Golub Capital currently leases 20,000 square feet at 551 Madison Avenue.
In the transaction, Lance Korman and Brian Waterman of Newmark Knight Frank negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Zacahry Freeman and Howard Fiddle of CB Richard Ellis negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
