JACKSONVILLE, FL-King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International has negotiated an industrial lease in Jacksonville. IEM, an independent full-line manufacturer of electrical distribution and power quality equipment in the US, has signed a multi-year lease with Exeter Property Group for 86,000 square feet of space at 11902 Central Parkway.
