NEW YORK CITY-Chicago-based William Blair & Co. has expanded its Manhattan outpost. The company has expanded its space to approximately 24,000 square feet at 666 Fifth Ave. situated between West 52nd and West 53rd streets.
The company has signed the deal for seven years. Asking rent was $80 per square foot. Jones Lang LaSalle's David Kleiner and James Wenk represented the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Zachary Freeman and Howard Fiddle represented Kushner Cos., the landlord, in the deal.
