NEW YORK CITY-La Prairie Inc., a Switzerland-based luxury cosmetics manufacturer, has expanded its office lease in a tower located at 680 Fifth Avenue to 22,110 square feet. The company has leased an additional 9,400 square feet or the entire 11th floor. Asking rent for the space was not revealed. However, asking rent for some top floors of the building is in the $70s.
