ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has closed two lease deals totaling 17,528 square feet in Central Florida. Transystems Corporation has renewed its lease for 8,839 square feet of space at the Southhall Center in Maitland and South Florida Water Management District has renewed its lease for 8,689 square feet at 1707 Orlando Central Parkway in Orlando.
