
ORLANDO-Two Central Florida apartment properties changed hands for $54.9 million. Westlake Sanford Associates LLC, an entity of New York-based The Praedium Group LLC, has recently purchased Westlake Apartments, a 379-unit complex in Sanford, from Westlake Arbour LLC for $31.5 million.
In another deal, Karlin Oakwood LLC, an entity of Los Angeles, California-based Karlin Asset Management Inc., bought a 304-unit complex in the Millenia area from Oakwood Orlando LLC for $23.4 million.
