
LONDON-Network Rail has completed the leasehold acquisition of Victoria Place shopping centre in London. The company has purchased Victoria Place, an 83,000-square-foot retail center at Victoria station, for GBP 91.8 million. The shopping center was sold by William Ewart.
The retail center lies straight above Victoria station. The acquisition is part of Network Rail's plan to lessen congestion in the station by rearranging retail space. Lunson Mitchenthall represented Network Rail in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
