ORLANDO-Colliers International Central Florida has negotiated a lease renewal and expansion deal for a distribution warehouse in Orlando. American Air Conditioning Distributors, LLC has renewed and extended its lease for the distribution warehouse measuring 112,000 square feet at 7500 Southland Blvd.
American Air Conditioning Distributors has signed the deal for five years with Prologis, Inc. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Colliers International Central Florida and Realatrends in California, while the landlord had in-house representation.
