MIAMI BEACH-Terranova has closed the sale of a Winn Dixie-anchored retail center Miami. Flagler Retail Associates Ltd., an associate of Terranova, has sold Parkhill Plaza Shopping Center, an 112,424-square-foot property at 9501 W. Flagler St., to an affiliate of Kimco Realty for $25.45 million or about $226.38 per square foot.
The shopping center changed hands for $6.075 million in 2001. It is 98% occupied. Terranova and CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
