DALLAS-J.P. Morgan Asset Management, an investment giant based in New York, is in discussions to take control of three of Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC's buildings in Dallas. The buildings are Trammell Crow Center, a 50-story property, and Fountain Place, a 60-story tower, both in Downtown Dallas and the 1.3-million-square-foot Crescent office and retail complex in Uptown.

The investment giant is buying out Crescent's stake in the buildings. The company was already the majority owner in all three buildings with Crescent. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
