
LONDON-A join venture, including Ellandi, Miller Developments and a Middle Eastern investment group instructed by WW Advisors, has signed contracts to acquire the Walnuts retail center in Orpington from patrons of Aberdeen Asset Management and an adjacent job center, the Crown House, from Telereal Trillium. The joint venture is planning to build more than 60,000 square feet of retail space on the former job center site.
