ATLANTA, GA-Northwestern Mutual will finance construction of a proposed 22-floor apartment tower in Midtown Atlanta. The company has joined as an equity and debt partner of the project to be developed at 77 12th Street. Construction on the apartment building comprising over 300 units will begin in October 2011.
