BLACK HAWK, CO-Riviera Black Hawk Inc.'s owner has agreed to market the casino to Monarch Casino & Resort Inc. for $76 million. Riviera Holdings Corp. said that the acquisition amount involves a $2.1-million working capital.
The Riviera Black Hawk casino, located at 400 Main St., was opened in 2000. It contains a 252-seat restaurant, a 520-space parking garage and 750 slot machines.
