
CHANDLER, AZ-Phoenix-based Sun Property Holdings LLC has bought roughly 27 acres of plot at the Chandler Airpark for about $4.7 million. The land is part of the 38-acre Watermark complex situated south of the southwest corner of Germann and Gilbert roads.
The parcel is named for the development of approximately 442,000 square feet of office and retail space. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Phoenix-based Colliers International, while the seller, Scottsdale-based Johnson Bank, was represented by Phoenix-based CB Richard Ellis.
