AUSTIN, TX-Endeavor Real Estate Group has closed the sale of its five-story office building called Domain Gateway to KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III, a part of KBS Capital Advisors LLC. As per Co-Star Realty Information Inc., the 173,962-square-foot property was under agreement for roughly $48 million. OneWest Bank FSB is the sole tenant of the property located at 11342 Burnet Road in Northwest Austin.
