PHILADELPHIA-An arm of Ferguson Enterprises Inc. is moving from its North Wales location to a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Lyon Conklin & Co. Inc. has leased nearly 83,000 square feet of space at 550 S. Henderson Road from an affiliate of Raymour and Flanigan.
Lyon Conklin will use the new space to distribute the Trane line of ventilation, heating and air conditioning equipment. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Swope Lees and the landlord was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
