BUFFALO, NY-A local developer who is constructing a new Dollar General store on Seneca Street in South Buffalo has officially closed on the property. The Erie County Clerk's office documents have revealed that 2137 Seneca Street LLC, a branch of Dave Pawlik and his CSS Corp., has purchased the Seneca Street property from GE Capital Franchise Finance Corp. for $125,000.
