COLORADO SPRINGS, CO-Advenir@Cheyenne LLC has acquired Cheyenne Crossing Apartments, a 220-unit apartment community situated at 610 Wycliffe Drive in Colorado Springs, for $19,150,000. CBRE organized a $14,950,000 worth loan on behalf of the buyer for the purchase of the property featuring 18 two-floor apartment buildings. Freddie Mac offered the 10-year loan at a loan-to-value ratio of roughly 80%.
