CONCORD, CA-Beverages & More is moving its headquarters to an office tower on Willow Pass Road in Concord. The beverage retailer has signed a lease for 34,000 square feet of space in the Metroplex skyscraper at 1401 Willow Pass Road situated near Highway 242.
BevMo, which currently holds 21,000 square feet, will move to its new location by early 2012. The lease deal was arranged by Leamy Realty Group and Grubb & Ellis. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune .
