TAVARES, FL-NAI Realvest has brokered a new lease deal for a retail space in Tavares. Taylors, South Carolina-based Design Lab, Inc. has leased the retail space measuring 7,800 square feet at 335 Duncan Drive.
The property is owned by Orlando-based S & M Properties Investments, LLC. Design Lab makes and sells uniforms for fire, law enforcement, government and EMS agencies.
