CHICAGO-Colliers International, a brokerage firm based in Rosemont, is looking for anchor tenants for a planned office tower at 108 N. Jefferson Street. The firm has been hired by Jupiter Realty Co., a developer based in Chicago, to manage leasing activities for the 350,000-square-foot office building. The West Loop development would feature a 7,100-square-foot retail space, 15 office floors and a 148-vehicle enclosed parking lot.
