WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Raleigh-based Highwoods Properties has sold a South Stratford Road office structure and adjacent site for a combined $15 million. The five-story office building measuring 135,533 square feet at 150 S. Stratford Road was sold for $13.7 million and the 3-acre adjacent lot was sold for $1.3 million.
The building, constructed in 1989, was earlier sold for $14.2 million in 1995. Highwoods did not identify the buyer. However, a source familiar with the transaction recognized the buyer as BB&T. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
