NASHVILLE-According to Davidson County records, Philadelphia-based South Plaza Center Owner LLC has acquired a Lowe's-anchored retail center off Nolensville Pike for an amount of $22.3 million. The 25-acre property situated at 5520 Nolensville Pike was sold by Dallas-based South Plaza Investments LLC.

The Nolensville Pike shopping center comprises over 320,000 square feet of total leasable space. The property changed hands in 2005 for $18 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
