PLANO, TX-Hartman Income REIT Inc. of Houston has purchased Prestonwood Parks Shopping Center, a two-building retail center spanning 101,167 square feet at the northeast corner of Midway Road and Park Boulevard in Plano. Regency Centers was the seller of the shopping center.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In the deal, the Hartman Prestonwood Properties LLC was represented by Julian Kwok and Dave Wheeler, while the seller was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Chris Gerard and Chris Cozby. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
