DALLAS-Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods, a retailer based in Houston, has inked a lease for a 45,000-square-foot building, located at 9500 North Central Expressway, to house its first store in the Dallas region. The store will sell over 10,000 specialty food products, wine and spirits. Glen Lakes Properties LP is the owner of the building.
