LONDON-Segro has closed three lease deals totaling 102,300 square feet at Heathrow. Air Menzies International Limited has signed a 15-year lease for 56,000 square feet at Polar Park and Screwfix Direct Limited has signed a 10-year lease for 9,300 square feet at The Heathrow Estate in Segro's fully owned properties.
At Spacewaye Park, Segro has leased a 37,000-square-foot space to Williams and Hill Freight Forwarding Limited for 15 years through the Airport Property Partnership, a joint venture formed between Aviva Investors and Segro. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
