LONDON-The Arlington Business Parks Partnership fund has sold Verizon's headquarters complex in Reading International Business Park for GBP 140 million. The facility, which includes phases I and II of the business park, is leased to Verizon.

The global communications provider has leased the complex for 10 years to house its European Headquarters. ABPP, controlled by Goodman and handled by Legal & General Property, will keep the adjoining lot for Phase III. Strutt and Parker represented ABPP, while RREEF and DTZ represented the buyer.
