BOCA RATON, FL-Colliers International South Florida has closed the sale of two office structures in Boca Raton for over $6.7 million. First Southern Bank has sold 10 office condominiums totaling 27,503 square feet at Sanctuary Centre at 4800 N. Federal Highway to Sanctuary Centre Partners, LLC and Los Angeles-based Aptium Oncology has sold the 31,632-square-foot Boca Raton Comprehensive Cancer Center building at 21020 N. SR 7.
