NEW YORK CITY-According to Jones Lang LaSalle's Paul Glickman, Global Holdings Inc., which owns the 120 Park Avenue office tower, is in discussion with several tenants to lease the remaining 114,000 square feet of the building. Asking rent for the lingering space in the 26-story tower is $85 per square foot.
In February 2011, Bloomberg LP signed a 400,000-square-foot lease in the building measuring 600,000 square feet. Global Holdings bought the office property from Philip Morris for $525 million. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
