NASHVILLE-St. Cloud Partners has purchased the St. Cloud Corner building located at the corner of Church Street and Fifth Avenue North in downtown Nashville for $3.1 million. The 75,000-square-foot office and retail property was sold by St. Cloud Development Co. LLC.
The property was previously sold in 2007 for $5 million. It is 64% leased to the Tennessee Pharmacist Association, Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant and Back Yard Burgers. St. Cloud Partners plans to spend $1 million to upgrade the property. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
