WASHINGTON, DC-A joint venture between Akridge and First Potomac Realty Trust has closed the acquisition of a building located at 1200 17th St. NW from National Restaurant Association. The joint venture purchased the structure for $39.6 million and plans to invest roughly $110 million to construct a new building measuring 170,000 square feet on the site.
