SAN DIEGO-SRM Construction has completed a new senior residential community in San Diego. The 84-unit Merrill Gardens at Bankers Hill community, designed by Merrill Gardens Senior Living and Benson & Bohl Architects, is located at Laurel Street and Second Avenue.
The senior residential community comprises 46 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units and 18 studios. The 131,000-square-foot building has various amenities including dining facilities, a salon, a library, a wellness and fitness center, a wine bar and a two-level parking garage.
